4. API Keys and SDK Usage

The Service may provide API keys and SDK for integration with your DApps. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and not sharing them with unauthorized parties. RelayXplore reserves the right to revoke API keys that are being misused or compromised.

You agree to use the API and SDK in accordance with the documentation and guidelines provided by RelayXplore. You may not use the API or SDK to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Circumvent any rate limits or other usage restrictions

5. Fees and Payment

RelayXplore offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

For subscription plans, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis based on your billing cycle. You authorize RelayXplore to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

RelayXplore reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time. Any changes to recurring subscription fees will take effect in the billing cycle following notification of the change.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RelayXplore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the Service without prior written consent from RelayXplore.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RelayXplore, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Termination

RelayXplore may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

RelayXplore reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
